Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mixigo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including our website and caregiving services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mixigo’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Mixigo provides private nursing, caregiving and physiotherapy services.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when booking our services. You must ensure a safe and respectful environment for caregivers and nurses. Any misuse or abuse of our services may result in termination without any refund for the remaining balance of service.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed pricing and terms. 
  • Deposits are required for certain services and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • If a client or patient fails to show up or is unavailable during the scheduled service time without prior notice, no refund will be given. For prepaid packages, the scheduled hours will still be deducted from the client’s remaining balance.
  • For the prepaid packages such as 50-hour, 100-hour, 200-hour of private caregiver & Fresh & Clean package, clients may request a refund for any unused service hours or sessions within the package validity period.
  • Refunds for unused portions of a prepaid service package will not be entertained if the refund request is submitted after the validity period of the package has expired. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that any refund request is made within the package’s validity period.
  • In the event of a refund request for any unused portion of a service package, an administrative fee of RM300 shall be deducted from the refundable amount. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all refund requests irrespective of the reason for cancellation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees. Last-minute cancellations may be charged a fee. Failure to attend the scheduled service without prior notification will result in a forfeiture of the payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our website and services are the property of Mixigo and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mixigo is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries that occur during service.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection practices.

9. Termination of Service

Mixigo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a user violates these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

Mixigo reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

12. Package-Specific Terms & Conditions

In addition to this Terms and Conditions, each service package may have its own terms and conditions regarding pricing, refunds, cancellations, and usage policies. Customers are advised to review the specific terms applicable to their selected package before making a purchase.

13. Use of Client Information for Promotional Purposes

By agreeing to these terms, the client consents to the company using their non-sensitive personal information (such as name, email, or phone number) for the purpose of informing them about future services, promotions, and offers.
