100-Hour Private Caregiver

Package Details:

✅ Can be used for multiple patients under the same package
✅ Minimum 3 hours per session
✅ Maximum 8 hours per day
✅ Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase

Terms & Conditions:

• We typically require 5 working days to arrange the most suitable caregiver for your needs. However, we’ll always do our best to schedule it as soon as possible.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee the same caregiver will be assigned for every service session
• For any single service day exceeding 8 consecutive hours, each additional hour beyond the 8th hour will be charged as the equivalent of 2 hours from the prepaid service balance. This policy applies automatically and is reflected in service calculations. This helps us ensure fair service delivery and caregiver well-being.
• Services provided on public holidays will be charged at double rate, meaning every hour of service will count as 2 hours from your prepaid balance.
• Services provided on weekends (Sunday) and public holidays will be charged at double rate, meaning every hour of service will count as 2 hours from your prepaid balance for the first 8 hours, and triple the rate beyond the 8th hour.
